ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our operations team. This role is critical to our mission of delivering world-class simulation streaming content across all operational domains. You will work alongside engineers, producers, and domain specialists to push the boundaries of what live simulation broadcasting can achieve.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge with a passion for simulation gaming and live production. You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly under pressure, and are excited about building systems that operate at the intersection of gaming, data, and broadcast technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and maintain real-time streaming pipelines for multi-domain simulation events
- Collaborate with production teams to develop telemetry overlay systems and data visualizations
- Monitor stream health metrics and implement automated quality assurance protocols
- Develop documentation and runbooks for operational procedures and incident response
- Participate in post-event reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of broadcast systems
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in streaming infrastructure, broadcast engineering, or related technical field
- Proficiency with real-time data processing frameworks and telemetry systems
- Strong understanding of video encoding, CDN architecture, and low-latency delivery
- Experience with simulation platforms across ground, air, space, or racing domains
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in distributed teams
